Nanjing - The Old Capital

Beautiful Nanjing! Nanjing is a city steeped in thousands of years of history, and you can feel it with every step you take. I’d recommend visiting in autumn when the trees turn lovely shades of brown and orange, it’s absolutely breathtaking! During your stay, make sure to walk along the ancient city walls and explore as many historic sites as you can (and there are plenty!). The locals are incredibly friendly and kind; even when I spoke very broken Chinese, they went out of their way to help me. And of course, the food, like everywhere in China, was outstanding.
