Nanjing in-depth travel

Nanjing boasts a rich history as the ancient capital of six dynasties, with profound cultural heritage, a gathering of literary talents, and historical relics scattered throughout the city. It offers both historical sites and natural scenery. This trip lasted about eight days, with each attraction visited for more than half a day to gain a deeper understanding. Transportation is very convenient, as all marked locations are connected by subway. A small reminder: traveling in Nanjing requires a lot of walking. For instance, I walked 20,000 steps in the Zhongshan Scenic Area 😆. Additionally, walking around Xuanwu Lake takes about three and a half hours, but there are multiple subway stations and dining options nearby. You can take a break and continue later. The scenery is stunning! Nanjing is great for exploring. Once you've prepared your itinerary, you're ready to go! International travelers can fly to Lukou International Airport and then take the subway to the city center, or opt for a taxi, which is quite affordable. Local must-try foods: Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup and Salted Duck (extremely tender and flavorful). For my first trip to China, I chose Nanjing. It offers museums, historical sites, natural scenery, shopping districts, and a variety of experiences. It was an excellent experience, with comfortable weather and minimal rain. Highly recommended.
