30 km from the trailhead in Trang Province

Ka Chong Trail, Phang Nga Province, is 30 kilometers long with a cumulative elevation gain of approximately 890 meters. Based on this climb, I don't think it's too steep, but the final hill is the best. The atmosphere inside the course is a smooth run through a rubber plantation. The route is easy, with few roots, shady, and occasionally hot. There are a few water crossings to refresh yourself. It's a relaxing run, like meeting friends who share the same passion. The food at the event and after the event was plentiful. My favorite was the banana stem chicken curry. It was absolutely delicious. #TrailRun
