From Roman times to 1991. The main part of the museum is located underground. There are films about the lives of miners and one about the wives of miners. The final section of the tour details the heinous ecological crimes committed in the name of commerce around Portman Bay. There are a wealth of minerals and artifacts here, and it is well worth a visit. Information is provided throughout the exhibits in Spanish and English, and the videos have English subtitles.
