Deogyusan National Park

#koreatrip "Deogyusan National Park is an absolute gem, especially in winter when the entire mountain is covered in snow. I visited Muju Resort and took the gondola up, and the snowy landscape was breathtaking. The hike to Hyangjeokbong Peak was challenging but so rewarding—the frost-covered trees and panoramic mountain views were stunning. Even in other seasons, Deogyusan is beautiful, with lush greenery in summer and colorful foliage in autumn. The park is well-maintained, with clear trails and plenty of places to rest. Since it’s home to one of Korea’s best ski resorts, it's a great destination year-round. Whether you're hiking, skiing, or just enjoying nature, Deogyusan is a must-visit. If you go in winter, dress warmly because the wind at the summit is freezing! This was one of my favorite national parks in Korea, and I’d love to return during a different season."
