Unforgettable Service at Dusit Thani

My wife and I have stayed at several fine hotels, such as Four Seasons, Jumeirah, LUX, and Relais & Châteaux, but the service and warmth of the staff at Dusit Thani truly amazed us. From every team member, we experienced a special level of hospitality that was unparalleled. We particularly want to express our sincere appreciation to Gabey from the Market restaurant and Saeed, our butler. Gabey consistently went above and beyond during both breakfast and dinner to enhance our stay. His friendliness, thoughtful gestures, and cheerful demeanor made a significant impression on us. He's among the most genuinely attentive staff members I've ever encountered in a hotel setting. For the first time, I hugged a hotel staff member when leaving. Saeed, our butler, proved to be exceptional as well. He was always prompt and willing to meet our needs, often with a humorous touch. Thanks to Saeed, our only concern was choosing dinner venues, as he managed everything else. This was also the first time I hugged a hotel staff member at departure. The extraordinary service from Gabey and Saeed is why we will definitely return to this hotel. We'd also like to commend Shahina, Chef Gayan, and Chef Atta for their exemplary service.
