[Morioka] Gidaji Temple

[Access] ○About a 25-minute walk from JR Morioka Station ○By taxi, it takes about 7 minutes from Morioka Station. ○About a 5-minute walk from Morioka Bus Center [Points] ~Stroke the Pokkuri Jizo~ Gidaji is a temple of the Soto sect. There is a "Pokkuri Jizo" in the temple grounds. It is said that if you stroke this Jizo, you will be blessed with good health and long life, and will not need to rely on medical care or nursing care. The area around here is a group of temples under the temples designated as an environmental conservation area by Morioka City, and right next to it is Seiryusui, a communal well that is used by the citizens.
