Points: 〜Impressive displays of festival floats〜 The Morioka History and Culture Museum is a facility where you can learn about the history of Morioka. The building has two floors, and the first floor is a free area where you can spend time. Here, you can learn about the history of festival floats and the Chagu Chagu Umako.
