Taste some food from Tarhar Silk Road

Address - Zhuanxing Road, Minhang Ambiance/Facilities - Western China, modern contemporary Highlights - FOOD Avg. Price per Person - 200/person Rating - 10/10 I would love to go to Xinjiang right now but with my daughter I don't want to dare let her go through all the nucleic acid test. So... to find the similar ambiance I go to my favorite restaurant. 1. Lamb/beef/mutton we tried 3 types of grilled or bbq meat! The best one is lamb chops that's why we order a second serve. 2. they recommended fried lamb chops it was good but i still preferred the grilled one. 3. mutton backbone soup, I expected it to be thick and too spicy but their version is light and the hot pot was entertaining 4. the meat buns, always a delight with hint of coriander 5. we got free milk tea.. it was so creamy! 6. wrapped it all up with Turkish Ice Cream bubble gum flavor. It has some cereal added. Recommended dessert is their layered cake like a baklava but not in pictures. still drooling...
