The Eye of the Sea

We departed from Almaza Bay in the morning, taking approximately one hour. There weren't many tourists during the early hours, and the weather was pleasantly cool in mid-October with a chilly breeze. This place is called Mersa Matrouh, a small town in northern Egypt. Traveling from Alexandria by bus takes about 6 hours. Here, there's a spot known as the 'Sea Eye,' the eye of the Red Sea. The entrance fee is 50 EGY per person, which can be paid at the shop above. From there, it's an easy walk down to admire the stunning beauty. The sea water is a gradient of beautiful blue hues, and the rocks have unique and striking shapes. The morning scenery, with soft sunlight, is not too hot. This place is highly recommended for those visiting Egypt. It's a small town with a low cost of living, delicious food, and friendly locals. I promise to return here again because there are still many attractions and beautiful beaches in this small town, such as Ageeba Beach and Lover Beach.
