Lively and Intimate

The food at George on Collins was was flavoursome and a different experience, which we appreciated. The menu caters to dietary requirements, in particular gluten-free, which was appreciated. Prices are reasonable for the stunning venue. Intimate but with couches and a bar. The main restaurant did become a club through the evening but doors were sealed enough that we still felt private. The venue has a fresh modern feel and the food was absolutely fantastic. We expected a table but were sat in counter style seating. Our host, Mathew quickly found us a booth so we were quite chuffed. Richard was very helpful with food and drink selections and we had a great time. We weren't particularly tight for time but did have a theatre booking, which the staff had enquired about on arrival. They made sure our food and drinks arrived promptly and were cleared away promptly without ever making us feel rushed. #australiatrip
