🏘️Room/Layout: The guesthouse is a renovated Meizhou mansion. The decor is very detailed and reflects the style of the time. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: I stayed on the first floor during the National Day holiday, and the rooms were probably full. The formaldehyde smell was a bit strong (probably because of the bed board), but the cleanliness was okay. However, the soundproofing was basically non-existent! The first floor is a public area, and many people chat downstairs. Even if you close the door, it's like someone is talking right next to your ear. I wouldn't recommend it for those who have trouble sleeping. 💗Other Tips: Try to stay on the second floor, or come during the off-season for better value for money.
