Special thanks to Mrs. Reena at reception， who is a true asset to the hotel. Her warmth， professionalism， and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. Nothing was too much trouble—she went out of her way to ensure our stay was smooth and unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful， and she left a lasting impression. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. We highly recommend Social House Tapas—the food was innovative， delicious， and beautifully presented. A heartfelt thank you to Avisha and Sebastian， whose exceptional service made every meal unique. Their friendly and attentive manner added so much to our experience.The hotel’s facilities， from the spa and well-equipped gym to the stylish bars， were maintained to the highest standard.
