[Matsushima] Visit the night illuminations

I went on a weekend trip with a friend to see the temples in Matsushima lit up during the autumn foliage season. The lights were moved according to the progression of the leaves, so the lights lit up the leaves nicely, creating a fantastic landscape that was different from daytime. When I strolled around the temple with the lanterns I was given, I felt like I had wandered into a different world.
