Marugame｜Late-night Udon and a Convenient Stay Near Marugame Castle and Station

First, the room design has been revamped, replacing the fridge cabinet and chairs with a multifunctional bar and sofa, creating a more spacious feel. The room is equipped with an air purifier and a refreshing Shimizu fragrance air freshener, unlike other branches that use alcohol-based substitutes. The large windows offer a scenic view of Marugame Port. The public bath is another highlight, with separate facilities for men and women, unlike other branches where guests take turns. This means men don’t have to wait until late at night to enjoy a soak. A delightful surprise was the late-night udon service, and for breakfast, curry udon is also an option. The dining area is clean and bright, with no staff rushing you to finish your meal. The bread selection is impressive, with freshly baked bread constantly replenished, eliminating the need to reheat cold bread and avoid long queues. The location is highly convenient, situated between Marugame Station and Marugame Castle. It’s an excellent base for visiting attractions like Kotohira Shrine or the Iya Kazurabashi Bridge.
