#August Travel Support Event If I were to choose the 'most Venetian building in Venice', I would choose the Doge's Palace without hesitation. It is the building where the Doge, the head of state, has lived and worked since the 9th century, and where all of Venice's legislative, administrative, and political affairs took place. It is a place you must visit if you go to Venice.
