The main building was built in September 1884 as a guest house with the cooperation and donations of the then Gunma Prefectural Governor Katori Motohiko and volunteers in the city. The teahouse is a hermitage teahouse with a wabi style, and was completed in November 1884 by Kyoto carpenter Imai Genbei. 🙌 I thought it was very attractive that you can see important cultural properties for free. ✨ Rinkokaku Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (free viewing), but admission is until 4:30 PM Address: 3-15 Otemachi, Maebashi City Access: 10 minutes by bus (Nihon Chuo Bus Maebashi Shinto Line) from JR Maebashi Station, get off at the "Luna Park Rinkokaku-mae" bus stop, and walk for 1 minute. Closed on the nearest weekday.) 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 📍Tsuki no Kane Maebashi Curry "Tsuki no Kane" located in "Maebashi Chuo Dori Shopping Street" It was designed by Yuko Nagayama, an architect who also designed the exteriors of the Japan Pavilion at the Dubai Expo and Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, so it looks stylish too 🫢 The curry tastes great, and this time I topped the mixed curry with pork fillet cutlet and deep-fried vegetables, and the cutlet was soft and very delicious 😆!
