Northern Thailand in Summer 🔥 We went in April, so it was quite hot. Not as many shops were open as in winter, but there were still delicious food! Khao Soi Kloy Jai: I recommend the Khao Soi, as the name suggests. It's incredibly delicious. Hike a little further up the hill and you'll find a shop run by an auntie selling handmade goods. They even sell postcards. The auntie and uncle took every picture themselves. Up the hill, you'll find a signature shop here, offering views of Mae Kampong Village, surrounded by mountains. They also sell drinks, which are around 60 baht per glass. April is incredibly hot.
