What to see in Mae Kampong during the rainy season 2025🍃☔️

#AdventureTrip I'm a Chiang Mai person who really likes to go to Mae Kampong Village. I usually go on weekdays because there are not many people and it's quiet. It's a small village in the middle of the forest with locals, accommodations, and delicious local food. There are many shops to choose from and eat. I personally like the weather here, especially in the rainy season. It's drizzling with a temperature of only 23 degrees. I can sit and watch the fog and rain, eat rice, and sip coffee all day. Just an hour's drive from Chiang Mai city, I'll find beautiful views and lovely people like this. Today, I went to update (August 5, 2025). There are more shops opening and being built all the time, but it still maintains the original Mae Kampong atmosphere. Location📍: Mae Kampong Village, Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province💰Expenses: Private car 1,500 cc or more, but be careful of the roads that are quite steep and slippery.
