Madrid | Cosy local restaurant with good Spanish food

I also found this Spanish tavern on Time Out. The atmosphere is very chic yet laid-back, not the kind of place with lavish décor, but more like a spot where locals drop by for a casual drink. I went outside of Spain’s typical dining hours, so the restaurant was empty, but the staff were very warm and welcoming. The ham slices were generous and not greasy, especially when paired with a bit of bread. The paella for one person was just the right portion, with large, flavorful shrimp.
