Absolutely every aspect of this property was sublime. Opted for a courtyard/larger room which was incredibly peaceful and surreal. The linens were high-quality and the furniture both elegant and modern. The breakfast area was lovely and the food delightful. The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus - it was larger than anticipated with ample seating space. Every team member was friendly and accommodating (even managed to return some clothes I left in the room). Fantastic location just behind Gran Via， with public parking across the street. We will definitely return on our next trip to Madrid.

This fabulous hotel is perfectly located for visiting Madrid， especially with Charmartin Station just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious， modern， and clean. The facilities are excellent， featuring a luxurious pool and a pleasant outdoor seating area. The gym is adequately equipped. A great music theme runs throughout the hotel—disco music can be heard on the third floor， and "Eye of the Tiger" greets you at the gym. Music memorabilia fills the hotel， making it feel like a mini museum. The staff is friendly and helpful， and rooms are cleaned daily. Thanks. I will certainly return.

This hotel presents an intriguing design approach with each floor showcasing a unique concept， though my expectations for the experience weren't fully met. While the interior design does stand apart from typical hotels—and I suspect the pricer rooms and panoramic suites offer something distinctive—the floor we stayed on felt dim and unwelcoming. The rooms are spacious and quiet but not particularly functional. For instance， there's a fixed table with a couch on one side， requiring an awkward slide to reach the end. The blinds/curtains and window buttons are tiny and poorly labeled， so it's a guessing game to find the right one. The toilet's location in a corner between two walls may present issues for some larger guests. The lobby and bar areas are similarly uninviting， often empty during our stay. Yet， there are some highlights worth mentioning: 1. Breakfast - the quality and variety of food were quite pleasing. 2. Shower - an unexpected delight. 3. Bed and sleep quality - excellent! 4. Transportation - conveniently near buses， taxi/Uber/Bolt services， and a short walk to the metro. 5. Reception staff - provided a warm welcome! Would I return? Yes， but I'd also consider exploring other options.
