Finally checked in to the Palazzo Versace Macau, and it was an amazing experience! Decor The moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted by a luxurious atmosphere. The lobby is like an art gallery, with a stunning crystal chandelier and Versace's signature patterns on the floor and walls. It's like walking on the intersection of fashion and art. Service The service is impeccable. The staff are friendly and attentive. I was welcomed with fruit, snacks, and a personalized welcome card. The turndown service was a nice touch, with the room tidied up and a gift and eye mask left on the bed. Room The room is full of Versace elements, from the bedding and curtains to the furniture and accessories. The bed and sofa are custom-made by Versace, and even the bathroom door handle and tissue box have Medusa heads. The silk sheets are said to cost MOP 21,000, and they feel like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom is luxurious, with Medusa faucets, gold frames, and Versace toiletries. Facilities The outdoor Medusa pool is a must-see, with Versace patterns on the bottom that shimmer in the sunlight. There's also a 27-meter indoor heated pool for swimming in any weather. Breakfast Breakfast is served at the Jala Bar, with a menu-style ordering system. The food is fresh and delicious, and the Versace-branded tableware adds a touch of luxury. Overall, the Palazzo Versace Macau exceeded my expectations with its luxurious environment, facilities, dining, and service.
