Macau, little Europe far away from the continent

I was amazed walking along narrow streets between colorful houses, wondering around the ruins of St Paul church. Then in a blink, or more like a 15-20min bus ride) we can get to the flashy land of casinos, where many famous landmarks of Europe look back to us. (What a pity, the Venetian’s tower was under construction) The highlight of the day trip was definitely the delicious Portuguese food at Fernando’s, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Trust me, worth the trip! Macau is not only heritage and good food, but a must-go place for shopping-lovers. From all big brands to little thrift shops, there is a little bit of everything to gratify your passion of shopping. You can reach Macau many ways: by airplane, by ground transport (regular bus service from HK or Zhuhai) or departing from HK by the sea, on a comfy speed boat that goes every 30 min or hour.
