The food at Macau’s Lower Huan Market is super delicious!

The first one is Niu Za Lao. I recommend their oxtail, which is very flavorful and delicious. The ox tongue is also delicious, and the wontons are not bad either. I often order beef tongue and oxtail rice noodles with oxtail sauce. The second one, Wu Ting Ji, serves super delicious red bean cakes, with a chewy outer layer filled with sweet red bean paste, not too sweet, just the right amount. The third one is Kuan Ji Tofu Pudding, which has a strong bean flavor. The tofu pudding is topped with flower milk and sugar, making it fragrant and smooth. The fourth one is rice noodle rolls. The rice noodle rolls here are extremely smooth. There is nothing fancy about them. They are just rice noodle rolls with scallions and dried shrimps.
