Disappointing Swimming Ban, Yet the Best Summer Escape The most significant change in Krka National Park is the swimming ban under the Skradinski Buk waterfall, implemented since 2021. Previously, visitors could swim directly beneath the falls, but this is now prohibited to preserve the environment. While this may be disappointing, swimming is still allowed in other designated areas within the park, such as near Roški Slap. More importantly, just walking around the lush forests and clear waters of Krka offers a refreshing and pleasant summer experience. Even in the height of summer, the sound of water and the shade of trees help you forget the heat and fully enjoy nature. My experience here was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, everything was perfectly harmonious. Above all, the atmosphere was incredible. The thoughtfully designed interiors and spatial arrangements made me feel at ease, and I could sense positive energy throughout my stay. It felt like the space was carefully curated to allow visitors to fully enjoy it without any sense of chaos or distraction. The service provided by the staff was particularly impressive. They were always friendly, greeted us with bright smiles, and proactively ensured we had everything we needed. Their genuine care for each visitor was evident, and it left a lasting impression on me. It was clear that they went beyond merely doing their job, treating every guest with utmost respect and care. The quality of the products and services offered was also outstanding.
