The Hoxton.

I recently visited The Hoxton in Downtown LA as I needed a place to rest after the 9 Mile Mudder Tough Mud Run. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted with an atmosphere similar to a luxurious luxury hotel. The only thing I know it doesn't break the bank. Friendly staff at check-in. And the small talk turned into a joke and told me all the amenities the hotel has to offer. The room itself has artwork from all over the state and makes the room very modern. Although the room was smaller than most hotels, it made up for it with the layout. Rain shower next to the toilet. Each with their own entrance. A table with 2 chairs to catch up on work if necessary. And a comfortable bed. Tip: There's an accessible box on the back of the TV for connecting your devices via HDMI so I can catch up on my Hulu favorites. The rooftop bar and restaurant really wowed me. The bartenders make drinks that are not only delicious but with a professional bartender flare and the restaurant serves up some of the best fresh seafood I've ever eaten. And on my last day the lobby area will be like your all friends party. Good music, outside seating for lunch and people having fun as if you were in Vegas. All in all, a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting LA. The area is also less crowded, so you'll be able to find a parking space and feel safe walking the streets.
