The room design is reasonable, and although there are fewer clothes hangers, there are many hooks and large shelves, which are very practical. Our room had five windows, offering stunning views of Longyearbyen, especially the breathtaking snow-capped mountains and seascape, which were truly refreshing. 🧹 Soundproofing/Cleanliness: The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hygiene is excellent. Although the roller blinds were a bit difficult to close, this is just a minor flaw. The TV control seemed a bit complicated at first, but we quickly learned how to operate it. The room slippers were great, reflecting the hotel's attention to detail. 🏕 Nearby Attractions: The hotel is ideally located, only 4 km from Svalbard Airport, making transportation very convenient. Nearby attractions such as Svalbard Church, Aino's studio, and the Svalbard Museum are all within walking distance. From the hotel, you can also easily access many famous attractions in the city, such as Galleri Svalbard, Better Moments AS, and Mine 3, enriching your journey. 💗 Other Tips: The hotel offers excellent sports and leisure facilities, designed to create a colorful and enjoyable stay for travelers. The conference hall is fully equipped to meet your business needs. 24-hour front desk consultation service provides you with the most intimate itinerary arrangements. There is a small but excellent sushi restaurant in the hotel, which, for me, a Japanese person, was a long-awaited treat! The staff are very friendly and helpful, assisting me in booking a boat trip and providing a lot of travel advice about Svalbard. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety to satisfy your taste buds. Although our room was on the first floor and sometimes subject to some external disturbances, overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel's comfort and service quality. In short, Svalbard Hotell is the ideal accommodation choice in Longyearbyen! The location, facilities, service, and breakfast are all praiseworthy.
