This isn’t Japan’s Sakura. It’s Liuzhou,China

This blooming spring occurs during April-May each year when the ending of spring and beginning of summer in Liuzhou. A perfecture level city in Guangxi Autonomous Region, China with a population of about 4 million. Beside ranking top in air and water quality, Liuzhou also famous as the home of Li Ning and host of annual water boats Grand Prix. Liuzhou also boasts the origin and headquarter of automotive maker, Wuling. Her homegrown dish Liuzhou Luosi Rice Noodle is world renowned and can be found from New York to Singapore. During this spring blooming or Sakura season of Liuzhou, the ‘Zi Jin’ flowers will bloom into attractive red and pink colors. Domestic and foreign tourists will flock here for sightseeing and various cosplay costumes can be seen being photographed or videoed.
