Liuzhou is a hidden gem in Guangxi, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and rich ethnic culture. The city is defined by the winding Liujiang River, with its stunning karst landscapes and a spectacular night view, especially from a boat cruise. Beyond the city center, I was captivated by the traditional architecture of the Dong ethnic minority in the Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, especially the magnificent Drum Towers and the intricate Wind and Rain Bridges.
