Take a tram ride and enjoy the taste and scenery of Lisbon all at once

#Overseas travel Tram No. 28 departed from Martim Moniz Station early in the morning. As soon as I got on the classic yellow tram in Lisbon, I felt like the city was alive. As I slowly passed through the narrow alleys with the sound of a whistle, the red roofs of Alfama and the buildings that felt like time passed by outside the window. When I got off at the Portas do Sol observation deck in the middle, the scenery of the Tagus River and the Alfama district unfolded before my eyes. I sat on a bench for a while and felt the warm sunlight of Lisbon and the leisure of the streets. I took the tram again and arrived at Cais do Sodre and headed to Time Out Market. I didn’t have to worry about lunch because I could enjoy the food of various chefs in one place. From octopus salad, bacalhau croquettes, and Manteigaria’s pastel de nata—I was able to enjoy the local flavors in one meal. It was a course that included the city’s history, daily life, and even the taste.
