It is not recommended for those with poor physical strength or altitude sickness to go, and it takes two to three hours to climb from the foot of the mountain to the top. I went late in the day. You can go earlier; it seems that the park closes at 10 PM. But standing on the top of the mountain and looking out over the city of Lhasa is truly spectacular.
