When in Tibet, you should always climb the Long Live Motherland Mountain at Nanshan Park

Nanshan Park is one of the best places to take a panoramic view of the Potala Palace. Nanshan Park is 4200 meters above sea level. You need to swipe your ID card or face to enter. From the entrance, turn left along the uphill, pass a lake about 300 meters away, where you can take a picture of the reflection of the Potala Palace in the lake. This also depends on the weather at the time!! The first viewing platform is not high, it takes about 20 minutes to reach! If you don't have good physical strength and don't want to climb_ to the top of the mountain, you can take pictures and check in here. Although the view is not as good as the top of the mountain, you can also take pictures here (Figure 2) location! There are many small viewing platforms behind. It takes 1-4 hours to climb from the foot of the mountain to the top depending on the person. This is my second time climbing Nanshan, so it only took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach the top.
