Fantastic Birthday Emmerdale Tour

This wonderful visit and tour was arranged for me by my friend, who is also an Emmerdale enthusiast, for my 60th birthday. We both had a fantastic time, seeing the set in "real life" was truly engaging. Our guide, Sue, was outstanding—very knowledgeable and quite humorous. Having visited the original village back in the 90s, it was intriguing to see the shift to Horewood House in Leeds. We met Ryan Hawley during our visit, and he was a real sport. We suspect it was his first attempt at the whole "meet and greet" thing, and he was genuinely friendly. I even asked if he'd thought about joining Strictly like his brother Andy! 🤣 Seriously, he did a wonderful job, and it was nice to meet a character with a current storyline. We indulged in a bag from David’s and enjoyed a couple of fantastic coffees. The weather was exceptionally pleasant, which was fortunate since rain would have been the only thing that might have dampened the experience for us—wandering about in it wouldn't have been as enjoyable. Overall, well worth the journey across the moors from Manchester, and expertly conducted. We'd recommend allocating an entire day if you also wish to explore Horewood House, and a solid 4 hours for the Emmerdale tour. Loved every bit of it, thanks 👍🏻
