This place is a staple in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. Every meal that left the kitchen was a work of art. The staff was super friendly, the ambience, bright and open definitely one of my favorite spots. The environment is very chill and casual. Great for a friend gathering or just working on your laptop and enjoying a coffee. When you walk in, you can sit anywhere and then scan the QR code for the menu. Once you're ready to order, just go to the pastry window and you can pay there. They will bring you your food if you're dining in. They showcase a rotating line-up of the country’s best roasters, with their main roaster based in Seattle. Their menu is filled with impressive house blends, single origin coffees, and signature drinks. Enter PublicUS and you’ll immediately feel at home in its inviting surroundings.
