A must-visit coffee shop in Kyoto | Inoda Coffee.

Opening hours: 7:00 I've been wanting to try INODA COFFEE since 2019, and I finally got to have brunch there on my third trip to Kyoto. The environment and taste were worth the 4-year wait. Located in the heart of Kyoto, INODA COFFEE has a history of over 80 years. It has greatly promoted the development of Western tea culture in its heyday, and has become a popular spot in the new era, thanks to its own roasted coffee technology and high-quality food. Inoda is a traditional coffee shop in Kyoto that opened in 1940. The rich breakfast set, sandwiches, and French toast are all very popular. The French toast is crispy and sprinkled with a layer of fluffy white sugar, which tastes like Spanish fried dough sticks or Chinese sugar cake. The signature black coffee in the store is called "Arabian Pearl", a smooth and sweet deep roasted bean. There are many antique coffee utensils next door, and I took a peek through the window. -
