I was looking for food in the APM area during dinner time and found that Niu Da Ren had opened a new branch here, so I went to eat there. I've eaten it before and thought the quality was good, it's worth a return visit🤩. We ate at the weekday dinner market, which has two hours of all-you-can-eat, so you can eat as much as you want 🙈. - 💥All-you-can-eat Australian premium wagyu beef at HKD$298/person, the set meal includes more than ten types of meat to choose from, as well as dozens of hot pot ingredients. In the self-service area, there is a soy sauce area/a variety of vegetables, and of course, the store’s own drinks 🤩. Placing an order by scanning a QR code is very convenient and environmentally friendly. - For the soup base, I chose Grandma's healthy soup pot. The soup base smells very fragrant when it starts boiling😍. It uses a variety of medicinal ingredients, the taste is sweet and nourishing, and eating hot pot can be healthier 🙈. - For meat, we ordered Australian Wagyu M5 Shoulder Roll/American SRF Black Wagyu Shoulder Blade/Angus Short Ribs/New Zealand Lamb Roll. Each serving has about 2-3 slices. The meat is fresh in color and evenly fat and lean. You can taste the freshness of the meat without adding soy sauce😚. - The hot pot ingredients include homemade duck blood/crispy fried fish skin/water lotus. The duck blood is large in size, tender and smooth in texture and not easy to fall apart. The fried fish skin is crispy and not too greasy. For snacks, I ordered Megan crispy potatoes, which tasted sour and very appetizing 😛. - The store also offers several local craft beers. We chose Flowing Flowers, which costs HKD$48 per cup. It feels good to drink a sip of beer while eating hot pot. The alcohol content is not high and it has a floral scent.
