Kurashiki recommended food 🇯🇵 | A little luxurious meal, lured by the aroma of Spanish mackerel

#0yentravel I visited Sawaraya in Kurashiki, Okayama while traveling. I went without a reservation, but the warm staff welcomed me warmly and said, "Come in if you're here for a short time." All the dishes were really delicious, and the Spanish mackerel shabu-shabu and kayaku rice in particular were impressive. I'll never forget the carefully made broth and the fluffy rice. It was so delicious that I returned the next day for lunch. It's a wonderful restaurant that lets you really experience the local flavors and fills your heart and stomach. It's not a bad idea to go to Kurashiki just for this place.
