Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre.

It's hard to believe that the best Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed at in China is in Kunming. I thought this old hotel in the center of Kunming would be outdated in terms of both service and facilities. However, the facilities have been renovated and the interior doesn't look old at all. Most of the staff are very enthusiastic and responsible, especially Yuki at the front desk. She is the best staff member I've ever met at a Crowne Plaza. It's amazing that such an old hotel can sell basic rooms for over CNY 700. The hotel is popular with business travelers from Southeast Asia.
