| Visiting the Former Residences of Wen Yiduo and Zhu Ziqing in the Rain～. Recently, I have discovered a new world around my school residence. Last week, I visited the former residence of Liang Lin, and the guide mentioned that there are many research institutes and former residences of professors from the Southwest Associated University nearby. This afternoon, I went to the former residences of Wen Yiduo and Zhu Ziqing, which were also the former site of the Institute of Humanities of Tsinghua University during the Southwest Associated University period. Located in Wen Yiduo Park in Sijia Camp, Panlong District, Kunming, it is 1.5 kilometers away from my school residence. I walked along the small path by the Panlong River in the rain, and the rainy stroll put me in a good mood. This courtyard at No. 61 Sijia Camp, with its 'three rooms and two ears' structure, is a typical two-story earthen and wooden courtyard of the Yunnan 'Yike Yin' style. It was the former site of the Institute of Humanities of Tsinghua University during the Southwest Associated University period, with Feng Youlan as the director and Wen Yiduo as the head. Sijia Camp is far from the city center, and the surroundings are quiet and serene. At that time, there were few air raid disturbances, and the small courtyard was crowded with people. The second floor of the main house was the office of the institute, with eight desks and more than ten large bookshelves filled with books transported from Beijing to Kunming. Wen Yiduo's family lived on the left side of the upper floor, while Zhu Ziqing, Pu Jiangqing, and two others lived on the right side. Several graduate students lived downstairs. In this unremarkable residential courtyard, many outstanding scholars gathered. Visiting the former residences and sites is like traveling through time and space. Time seems to freeze in this small courtyard, and you can still feel the energy of the great scholars who gathered here. Getting closer to them can also inspire oneself, especially when feeling idle and aimless. 'After the Japanese planes flew over, the moonlight returned to tranquility, seemingly clearer than in Tsinghua Garden, perhaps because the sky is closer here. I wonder if Wen Yiduo could answer under such a night sky, 'Where does the sky end? Where are the twelve divisions? Where do the sun and moon belong? Where are the stars arranged?''
