Kunming- Xiyou cave

“The Xiyou Cave is the shooting site of “Journey to the West” TV drama, and the famous Traveler Xu Xiake of Ming Dynasty left a reputation of “the first strange cave in the world”. The West Tour Cave Scenic Area includes : West Tour Cave, Water Curtain Cave and Guanyin Cave. 📍Get there : I took a DiDi from my hotel located near Kunming railway station and it took a little over 40 minutes or so. Attractions- The caves are a lot of fun to visit. There are professional photographers along the way. There’s a glass bridge, a big swing and a giant Buddha hand. I highly recommend doing all the activities, it’s totally worth it! Food - There are food stalls at the entrance of the site. You can also buy some snacks on your way up the mountain.
