[Shiga/Shigaraki] Exquisite soba made by a former bat craftsman

#FuriTabi #Shiga #Koga #Shigaraki #ShigarakiLunch #Soba #StationFront #StationFrontSoba #BeefTendon #Baseball 📍204 Nagano, Shigaraki-cho, Koga-shi, Shiga 🕰️Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 11:00 - 15:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Closed Yamakyu is a soba restaurant located in front of Shigaraki Station, the last stop on the Shigaraki Kogen Railway. It is only open during the day on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. It is a tourist spot, so to be honest, I went in without any expectations. However, the beef tendon soba I ordered was excellent. The soba itself had a deep flavor, and the beef tendon was also delicious. The waitress was very friendly and we had a lively conversation, making it a fun lunch. This restaurant also has autographs and signed balls from professional baseball players on display. This is because the restaurant was started by a famous bat craftsman who used to make bats used by professional baseball players after he retired. This is a restaurant that both soba and baseball fans can enjoy.
