Upon arrival, I was lucky enough to get the highest and most scenic room, K8, which is considered the best view. It was a peaceful and private experience, surrounded by nature. Despite a storm prior to my visit, the skies cleared up beautifully, and I was fortunate to encounter hornbills and wake up to the sound of crows. Talk about good fortune! 😊 The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking us on a buggy tour around the island to see stunning viewpoints. The resort's tropical design, with light wood tones contrasting the blue sea, was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was conveniently managed through an iPad, making requests effortless. The resort's design, reminiscent of Bali, features lush greenery and offers breathtaking sea views right from your room. It’s the perfect place to recharge and immerse yourself in nature. 💯💚 The room itself was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea view. It also featured a private bathtub, adding to the luxurious experience. Breakfast options were somewhat limited but thoughtfully prepared. The grilled salmon was a highlight, and I couldn’t resist taking the whole tray! 🤣 The Thai dishes were delicious, especially the signature egg benedict, which incorporated fresh local fish with a hint of tom yum flavor—a creative twist likely to appeal to international guests. Mornings were magical, with sunrise views from the room and leisurely walks amidst waterfalls, trees, and butterflies. 🦋 ⛅️🥂 Dinner by the sea was equally delightful, with a wood-fired pizza oven serving dishes like truffle pizza paired with a curated wine list. The ambiance was perfect. The staff were warm and personable, with the head staff during my visit being from Chiang Mai. They even chatted with me in Northern Thai dialect, making the experience feel even more special. During my stay, it seemed like we were the only Thai guests, as the resort primarily caters to international visitors. TreeHouse Villas is an ideal destination for a luxurious and tranquil getaway, offering a chance to connect with nature without any disturbances.
