🏝 Super chill Koh Samet, 3 days, 2 nights, budget 2 thousand

🌊 Private beachfront accommodation with a stunning view. I'm traveling a lot in Thailand these days, so I recommend Koh Samet. It's easy to get to, a short boat ride, and reasonably priced. There are two hidden gems on this trip: 1️⃣ Our resort was our resort. When we booked, there weren't many reviews, but when we went, we were absolutely blown away. We slept soundly listening to the waves. The room was a beautiful, two-story private villa that could accommodate four people. There was a private pool with a sea view, and a cape where you could walk to and relax and watch the sunset. It was incredibly relaxing. The staff were lovely and recommended a barbecue restaurant for us. 🏡 Accommodation: Vimarnsamed Resort 2️⃣ The second was a barbecue restaurant on Koh Samet. I must say it was absolutely delicious! 🥓 Restaurant: Nong Ning Barbecue Buffet with a full range of spicy dipping sauces (From the pier, turn right.) 💸Costs 🚘Parking: 200 THB/car/night (Indoor parking available; outdoor parking is cheaper.) ⛴Round-trip boat fare: 120 THB/person 🏖Island entrance fee: 40 THB/person 🏡Accommodation, including breakfast: 750 THB/person/night 🛵Motorbike rental: 160 THB/car/day (walk further in) 🥓BBQ: 200 THB/person *We didn't really go anywhere on this trip; just staying at the accommodation was enough to make us feel the atmosphere. #SametReview #Rayong #KohSamet #TravelBudgetShare
