Of the several eel specialty restaurants in Kochi City, I chose the new and popular "Unagi HASHIMOTO" ✨ You generally can't make a reservation if you're alone, but I called before visiting and luckily there was one seat available, so I was able to enter the restaurant 🙏 (There was a sign that said "Reservations only" that day 😲) I ordered the Genpei-ju, which I had decided to eat. I recommend trying half a kabayaki and a shirayaki at the same time 👍 It comes with eel salad and liver soup, so it's very satisfying ◎ The surface is crispy and fragrant, and the meat is soft and plump.
