The best lemon meringue tart and Burnt Cheesecake

#newyearnewtrip Pumpernickel Bakery is one of the oldest running Bakery in Kathmandu, Nepal. Situated right in the heart of Thamel, it’s a pretty nice cosy place to check out for the delicious bakery items and desserts. They are also priced very reasonably which is the main reason I love it so much. Be sure to take a seat at the top floor which is very peaceful and calm. My favourites are the Lemon Meringue Tart and Burnt Cheesecake.
