Recommended B&B/Traditional Japanese Onsen Ryokan

Japanese architecture uses a lot of wood, bamboo, and stone, with carefully carved courtyards, water features, pine trees, small bridges, and ponds, all of which are beautiful! Yoyokaku is such an old house, from the corridors to the garden, all carefully designed and renovated. The owner is an old lady, and her son and daughter-in-law are in charge of the front desk. The old lady speaks good English, so communication is not a problem. Other staff members do not speak English, but the service is very attentive. Japanese B&Bs usually offer one night and two meals, with handwritten menus, exquisite presentation, and delicious food. The Japanese people have taken their meals to the extreme! The inn has a natural hot spring ♨, and although the hot spring pool is not large, it is very cozy. Most of the guests are locals, so the environment is kept clean, and everyone enjoys the hot spring quietly.
