I was amazed by the snow-covered scenery of Mugecuo Lake

✅ Scenic Area: Kangding Love Song (Mugecuo) Scenic Area 📍 Address: Wangmu Village, Yala Township, Kangding City, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan 🚗 Transportation: About 3 hours' drive from Chengdu (all expressways) ✅ Travel Route: Visitor Center - Shenghu Parking Lot [Mugecuo Lake] - Lover's Beach - Shanyaochi Hot Spring - Qisehai Lake - Visitor Center (Exit) ✅ Recommended Activities: The scenic area is easy to explore. Take a sightseeing bus to the deepest part of Mugecuo Lake, and then visit each stop on the way back. You can get on the bus at each scenic spot! The scenic area is large, and it's not reasonable to visit every scenic spot. I suggest visiting and taking photos at these three highlights! ✨ Mugecuo Lake Also known as Yerenhai Lake, it looks like a blue sea in summer and gradually freezes in winter. It's said that you can see blue ice, but I didn't see it this time! However, I prefer the small wooden house on Lover's Beach. After the snow, it looks like Xinjiang! ✨ Shanyaochi Hot Spring There is a stop here. My shoes were wet by the snow, so I soaked my feet here. It's a natural hot spring. Soaking in the hot spring on a snowy day while enjoying the snow-capped mountains and streams is comfortable and relaxing. ✨ Qisehai Lake The crescent-shaped lake looks like Xinjiang when it snows. The lake is half-frozen, and the snow-covered trees on the mountain look like Christmas trees! We stayed here the longest, quietly watching the snowflakes fall on the lake. The scene was so beautiful! ❤️ Tips: 1⃣️ Mugecuo Lake is 3,780 meters above sea level. Be sure to prevent altitude sickness and avoid running or jumping. 2⃣️ Mugecuo Lake is mainly for hiking and sightseeing. It's best to wear shoes suitable for hiking, such as hiking shoes/boots. 3⃣️ Be sure to check the weather forecast before coming, especially if you want to see snow. If the weather forecast says it will snow in Kangding, it will rain on the mountain. The snowy scenery is amazing, but there's not much to see when it doesn't snow.
