The moment we step inside, the familiar aroma of home-style cooking and unique spices captivates us completely! Dry-steamed chicken and stewed chicken are must-haves every time we order. The free-range chicken is incredibly firm and chewy, offering a satisfying "crunch" with each bite. The more you chew, the more flavorful it becomes, like a delicious tug-of-war with the chicken that's impossible to resist. In the end, you can only surrender and devour every last piece! The boiled river fish, made with catfish, steals my soul the moment it arrives at the table. The broth is so incredibly fresh, as if the essence of the entire Lancang River has been concentrated into this single pot. It's slightly sweet, and I can easily down two bowls every time, unable to stop myself. Paired with the secret dipping sauce, each bite of fish feels like a Dai peacock dance on my taste buds – absolutely divine! Stir-fried Fat Choy deserves a special mention! This dish is a rare find, and I've only ever encountered it at this restaurant during my travels. The first time I tried it, the texture was incredibly unique, like eating slippery little springs. Every year, when the flower season arrives, I'm drawn to this restaurant as if by magic. And the fish with sour bamboo shoots is a rice killer, sour and appetizing, each bite of fish and bamboo shoots screaming, "One more bowl of rice!" The outdoor seating area is also very pleasant, and the main dining hall is spacious and bright, ensuring a delightful dining experience whether you're with a large group or just a few friends.
