| My favorite garden restaurant. When I traveled to Xishuangbanna, I was completely captivated by a restaurant called Fish Loves Yunnan Chiang Mai Garden Restaurant. No exaggeration, it took my taste buds straight to Chiang Mai! As soon as you enter, it's like stepping into a dreamy Southeast Asian garden. Colorful tropical flowers hang overhead, pebbled paths underfoot, and wooden tables and chairs blend perfectly with the greenery. The atmosphere is so immersive that any photo you take will look great. I felt like I was about to have a chance encounter with an elephant. Now, let's talk about the food. It's amazing! I highly recommend the fried rainforest leaves with sweet chili sauce. Can you imagine eating leaves? When this dish was served, I was stunned. But with a "since I'm here" attitude, I tried a bite. Wow! It was fragrant and crispy, and with the sweet chili sauce, it was like a party in my mouth! The fish sauce platter is also a must-try. It includes various small dried fish and fish sauce, paired with a special dipping sauce. The fresh, fragrant, and spicy flavors collide in your mouth, and I devoured two bowls of rice! Mango sticky rice, a Thai classic, is also done exceptionally well here! Soft and sweet sticky rice, paired with large chunks of fresh mango, and drizzled with rich coconut milk. One bite and you're filled with happiness. I wanted to start selling it on the spot! The spicy chicken feet are also a hit. The chicken feet are perfectly cooked, with a chewy and flavorful texture. The spicy flavor spreads in your mouth, and it's truly addictive! The drinks are also fantastic. "Coconut Meeting" is a whole refreshing coconut water, perfect for cleansing your palate. Coconut Pulut Hitam is crispy bread soaked in sweet coconut milk, with sago, purple rice, and coconut shreds. The rich texture will make you fall in love with it after just one sip! Trust me, if you come to Xishuangbanna, you must try this restaurant. You'll want to come back for more, and you'll be completely enchanted!
