Enter a peaceful Bai village, walk along the winding paths, and push open the wooden door to reveal a small courtyard. The entire homestay is a traditional Tang-style mortise and tenon wooden structure. Under the eaves are futons and a tea table, and the second floor has a terrace overlooking the fields and Shaxi Ancient Town. The bamboo, early maple, and wind chimes hanging in front of the window are all accompanied by a breeze that calms my restlessness. 🛌 Small details in the room I stayed in the "Cuiwei Room" on the second floor. 😉 They use keys instead of traditional room cards, and the return to simplicity is delightful. The room has a tatami mat style, and lying on the bed, you can smell the faint scent of pine wood, which is very calming. 😉 The thoughtful housekeeper also provided a lazy Chinese-style bathrobe, which instantly gave me a relaxed feeling of seclusion. 🥰 I prefer the staycation style of travel. The courtyard not only provides a warm breakfast ⭐ But also coffee and light meals, and even transforms into a small bar at night.
